Mumble shutting down Avira services

Hi all,


On installing mumble it gives me a message box that states it wants to shutdown all services related Avira Antivirus 2012.


Avira Mail Protection

Avira Realtime Protection

Avira Scheduler

Avira System Tray tool

Avira Web Protection


What services does mumble need to alter for this? Obviously I canceled the install until someone can explain to me why I should ever want a communication program allowing to shut down my pc protection so it can "change things" .


Running Windows 7 64.
