Overlay issues on Windows XP

Hi, I'm having a problem with the overlay on Windows XP, when I launch my game (CS:S) in a resolution other then native resolution (1920x1080) and i switch to windows and go back, my game crash and give me this message :

Counter-Strike Source: hl2.exe - Erreur d'application
L'instruction à "0x139eaf92" emploie l'adresse mémoire "0x0e318d64". La mémoire ne peut pas être "read" 
Cliquez sur OK pour terminer le programme.

I tried to disable steam overlay, reinstall drivers/directX and I had the same problem. And when i disable the Mumble Overlay the game doesn't crash.

Help please.
