Windows 7 pin to start menu problem

Whenever I pin Mumble to the start menu on Windows 7, it does not show me the server list as a menu, only shows mumble as a link to open the client. On my wife's computer this works as intended. I cannot find any settings to change to enable or disable this, so I don't know why it isn't working. Other programs utilize this feature on my computer, so I don't think its my windows installation.
