What are the steps necessary to change the T2S voices?

I've got Office 2010 Pro fully installed, but only see one voice option in Windows' Speech properties. What do I need to do to see what comes with Office, per the Mumble FAQ?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Mumble should use the TTS settings (including voice) set in your operating system. For Windows 7 there's a "Text to Speech" tab in the "Speech Properties" window (reachable through "Speech recognition" in the control panel) where it lets you set your systems default voice.
