Strange Keyboard Behavior After Interacting With Client

I'm running into an issue that is incredibly strange. If I alt+tab to my Mumble client and interact with it in any way (even as small as positioning the window) then my keyboard becomes a minefield of disarray. My computer will immediately start to act as if my Windows key was being held down. The actions persist typically until I tap the right Windows key, but they don't always go away and they often come back without warning.

I thought perhaps it was interacting poorly with AutoHotkey so I uninstalled both programs and just re-installed Mumble but the problems still persisted. I don't even know where to begin with this issue, help?
