Music streaming is choppy

Hey guys, I'm running two copies of Mumble on my Windows 7 (single monitor, single user) and everything works great (got two certificates, one regular and one for the music) except the music is very choppy and cuts out every 5 seconds or so. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks.
