Uninstalling or Installing issue

I am trying to uninstall an older version of mumble so I can install the latest one and the uninstaller gets stuck on "Removing CRT assembly". If I choose to skip the uninstaller on the install of the newer client it gets stuck on "Installing CRT assembly".


I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and I did try running the uninstaller.exe as administrator. I have a Soundblaster XFI sound card.


Any help?
