Using a proper certificate on virtual servers.

I'm toying with the idea of using a proper cert on my server. The instructions given on the wiki (http://mumble.sourceforge.net/Obtaining_a_StartCom_Murmur_Certificate) appear to do the job nicely if you're hosting a single server instance but what should I be doing if I'm running multiple virtual servers? I can see that I could put the concatenated certificate into the certificate field that the API gives access to but where do I put they key since that field doesn't appear to exist?

Thanks
