My friend loses the ability to talk after I talk.

Recommended Posts

Confusing subject line, I know.

So here's the problem. My friend will be talking away fine, he'll chat with other people for hours, then when I get on we can talk for a little while then it'll cut him off. We did a test where he would start counting and at 5 I would push to talk and he would cut out. After that he'd be unable to talk at all until he logs out and back in. Repeating this came up with the same result. He recently upgraded from 1.2.3 to the 1.2.4 snapshot and that seems to allow him to go longer before it'll cut him off but doesn't solve the problem. He's using Windows 8.

I'm not sure if this is enough to go on for a solution to the problem.
