Cannot Start Server

I just installed Windows 8 (so much regret, only because it was free with my Uni), and now when I try to open Murmur, I get this error. I've tried googling it, but I'm not having much luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure the Murmur.sqlite database is writeable by the user you are running Murmur as.

Not sure which db murmur uses, right now on my Win7 I can only find a Mumble.sqlite in my user AppData\Local\Mumble\Mumble

I turned off read-only, and the same error still occurs.

Marking files read-only may not be the only restrictive permission on the files.

Especially since Vista, the system partition only makes the users subfolders modifiable by the user, all else requires administration group perms.
