Trouble connecting to my own server

Hey all,


I just installed a fresh copy of mumble 1.2.3a along with the murmur server. I am running it on Windows 7 64-bit.


The problem seems to be router-related, but I can't figure it out. Here's what's up:


- The server works perfectly when I use my internal ip address

- According to http://canyouseeme.org/, my ports are forwarded correctly, and I have verified multiple times on my router config

- When connecting using an external ip address, the server actually does get a new connection, but it never seems to be able to handshake/complete the incoming connection

- I've tried turning off QoS on mumble, but that doesn't help


Here's my server log when I boot and then try to connect:
