Mumble and all other voice chat software crashing at opening

Hello all was wondering if anyone else had ever experienced and issue with all of their voice chat software crashing (Mumble Ventrillo Teamspeak 3). Skype still works and Raidcall still sorta worked. I just switched internet providers and bought a new headset. I uninstalled Raidcall to see if that was the issue but to no avail. I honestly do not even know where to begin looking to fix this issue. I know this is limited info I can try to provide any info you need. Just at a huge loss.
