When I Open Mumble My Speakers Stop Working

There's not much more to add. I have tried setting mumble's device to the speakers themselves as well as setting it to "Default" but as soon as I open Mumble, they will no longer output ANY sound from ANY source, not just mumble. Using Mumble 1.2.3 on Windows Vista.


EDIT: It appears that this is not a problem with mumble, just a problem that I first noticed with mumble. It appears that my headset is no longer capable of inputting and outputting audio at the same time but using the speakers of my headset and an external mic did the trick.
