Murmur error on start

I'm running the latest version of CRUX linux on a box (x86), and when I try to start murmur, with or without arguments, I get the error

murmur.x86: relocation error: /lib/libnss_files.so.2: symbol strcmp, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference.

I'm simply using the command ./murmur.x86, and this worked before on a VM created with the exact same disk image, so what could be the problem?

Thank you!
