Stream music with unique instance

Hello,


I would like to know if there is any way to stream music in mumble with a unique instance (and not two as show all tutorials on the web) by using a software that will "mix" both mic input and media player output.

The mix would be streamed on a virtual audio device.


I know this is possible : this functionnality is provided by some voice morphers (import & play a mp3 on the virtual device, mostly used to add some funny effects) but i'm looking for something more practical where i could see output level to adjust music volume.
