Problem with logging in from phone and now computer

I have a user name on a server from my computer and I am registered and everything works fine.


On my phone I use a different user name and and when i join the server the admin right clicks the name and it does not have a register option like it would if i was on a computer.


Anyone have a solution because unless registered I cannot do anything in this server.
