I broke Mumble and now I can't hear anyone

It crashed, it is bugged, ...
I think I broke my Mumble. I tried to run 2 instances of it to run one 'user' as a music channel. It worked once, but when I closed everything and tried it again, I was unable to hear the music channel. Additionally, I cannot hear anyone talk, though they can hear me AND each other. I can't even see the indication that anyone else is trying to talk.
Yes, I have double checked inputs/outputs. Yes, I have checked for mute/deafen. Yes, I have removed/reinstalled the program.
I. Need. Help! .... please :)
Did you enable loopback mode in the settings?
Are you using a working output device?
Does the audio wizard produce hearable audio?
