How to add token in Linux?

I have Mumble in Ubuntu. Like in Windows version, I can't find the way to add token because the menu bar is different. How I do that?

The Mumble menu should be available in the top panel of your desktop.

Different to what? You mean different to Windows?
As natenom said, should be the “application menu”.
