Temp Channels and Mutes

How to do...
So I have users that create and use temp channels with passwords and they drag people in. Then they move people in and those people are suppressed. The interesting thing...we can't unmute them. even me as an admin can't unmute them.

is there a setting to set this and change this? or is that just how it works?
This behaviour is intended and was introduced in 1.2.4: " Following actions are disabled if the actor is inside a temporary channel: mute, deaf, priority speaker" (source)

The reason was to not allow trolls/users to unmute themselves in an own temporary channel or to give them priority speaker.

IIRC an admin should be able do mute/deaf/... only while he is not inside the temporary channel.
